Even my grandparents make sex jokes.
Though slightly strange perhaps, not considered that abnormal in my country.
We also have the curse word “cunt” (kut), but it’s far faaar less insulting than the English version.
Even more awesome: One of our most famous Dutch female singers
(famous for songs that mostly appeal to the more elderly)
actually has made a song for the movie “New Kids” where she literally sings “Fuck hookers, never work again.”* And people just find it hilarious, not offensive.
Then there’s the drug thing. I don’t even know any addicts. There are probably are plenty I don’t know of, but it’s not a national issue. I tried it once, don’t feel the need to ever try it again. Same goes for most people I know. Or they just do it occasionally. It’s not illegal, so they don’t feel the need to hide. They’ll talk about it quite freely.
There’s the openess with sex and drugs, and we’re in the top 10 of the happiest countries in the world.
So what the fuck is Bill O-Reilly’s/guests’ problem?

?
*Rough quick translation of the song
Every day, in traffic, blue envelopes (tax letters)
My clothes aren’t ironed, and my money is gone too
Nothing’s on tv and then a restraining order
A life full of problems, I say no “thank you very much”
Because I want:
To fuck hookers, never work again
To fuck hookers, never work again
Only fucking hookers, and never working again
To fuck hookers, never work again
To fuck hookers, never work again
Only fucking hookers, and never working again (and getting wasted)
No reach on my cellphone and my boss is bugging me again
And my car, no mandatory check-up, so the neighbour is leering again
The dishes haven’t been done, you were such a beautiful woman once
And those little true cries, I haven’t loved you for a long time
Just let me be
To fuck hookers, never work again
To fuck hookers, never work again
Only fucking hookers, and never working again
To fuck hookers, never work again
To fuck hookers, never work again
Only fucking hookers, and never working again (and getting wasted)
Etc.
